Who is our training for?
Our training sessions are fully bespoke and designed around each individual. This means our programmes are open to players of all abilities. Weather you're an amateur club player looking to lower your handicap or play pain free or a pro looking to gain a few mph or get out of/avoid pain plus everything in-between, our online and 1-2-1 training will be tailored to your individual limitations. As an experienced personal trainer, Shawn has demonstrated his ability to adapt his approach depending on who he is working with. In his 7 years working with golfers on their fitness, Shawn has worked with pro golfers, teaching pros, international golfers, elite juniors, county players, club champions and club golfers wanting to play better golf pain free.

Our 1-2-1 training begins with an in-person consultation where we look at the analysis of your initial assessment and identify your personal goals. From there, we create a bespoke plan consisting of 1-2-1 personal training sessions and various drills to do at home.
Our online training starts with an in-person or online assessment followed by a tailored online programme with email support.
